BURLAND & ASSOCIATES, INC. has been providing legal and political affairs services since 1979. Our principal attorney, James S. "Jimmy" Burland, J.D. is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana and represents corporations, businesses and trade associations in the legal and political arenas. He is a state registered lobbyist with the state Legislature and Public Service Commission. He has authored and made speeches on legal and political topics in the areas of government, ethics, campaign finance law and PAC management. He is available for public speaking and company or association seminars.
